Meet Chef Biz

My name’s Elizabeth Zimney and I love cooking and I especially love cooking for others.  I’ve always been one of those people who loved to read cook books and experiment in the kitchen with new recipes.  I grew up feeling very comfortable with cooking and have always enjoyed bringing people together with food.  I spent the first 14 years of my professional life as a collegiate track and field coach – a career that requires you to live, eat, and breathe your job.  Well, I finally got my fill of that and was ready to go into business for myself and personal cheffing was the perfect fit.  

In the summer of 2007, I decided to take the plunge and moved to Bozeman. The Dinner Biz, LLC was born.  “Biz” is the nickname I was given as a child and have not been able to shake so it seemed a good solution for a business name.  My experience has always been that good food makes people happy and being able to do that for a living makes me happy.  I look forward to making your life a bit easier and, hopefully, happier!  I am fully licensed, insured, and certified with the ServSafe program.  Let’s get cookin’!
