Each dining experience created by Chef Biz is unique to each customer. With this in mind, there isn’t a ‘cookie cutter’ experience or price. Please use the following as only examples.
Small Dinner Parties, up to 10 people
This size of event is what Chef Biz does the most of. An evening like this will include her personal menu planning with you, purchasing all groceries, preparing and presentation of meal, and leaving the kitchen clean and dishwasher loaded. All you need to do is concentrate on keeping your guests wine glasses full!
- A typical Small Dinner Party meal would consist of two appetizers, salad, entree with two sides, and dessert.
- Base price consists of a $600 cheffing fee plus all grocery costs. Additional, or overly complex, menu items may incur additional costs.
Larger Dinner Parties, 11 - 25 people
This size of event is what Chef Biz does the most of. An evening like this will include her personal menu planning with you, purchasing all groceries, preparing and presentation of meal, and leaving the kitchen clean and dishwasher loaded. All you need to do is concentrate on keeping your guests’ wine glasses full!
- A typical Larger Dinner Party meal would consist of two appetizers, salad, entree with two sides, and dessert served family style.
- Base price consists of a $750 cheffing fee plus all grocery costs. Additional, or overly complex, menu items may incur additional costs.
- Additional serving staff may be requested or required and will increase fee accordingly.
Prepared Meal Service
Covid changed the world lived, and the way we like our meals! Chef Biz has adapted with the times and is now offering prepared meal service. What this entails is that she will prepare and leave portioned meals that can be frozen or used throughout the week. This is a great option for people on-the-go, with dietary goals or restrictions, or for those that just want great food and not have to go out to eat.
- A standard prepared meal service would consist of four entrees, four portions of each, $350 plus grocery costs.
Family Meal Service
Sometimes spending as much time with your family and not in the kitchen is the most important thing. Chef Biz can work with you to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner- so you don’t have to.
- A typical Family Meal Service meal would consist of family style lunch and dinner, and a prepasred breakfast to be baked in the morning.
- Base price consists of a $1,200 cheffing fee plus all grocery costs. Perpared breakfast, dropped off lunch, no lunch, etc. options are all available.
